| Tuesday, May 1: Fine Arts Appreciation Banquet Recognition event for students who have participated in drama, strings, choir, select choir, robotics and academic decathlon during the 2011-2012 school year. This will be a dessert reception. Volunteers needed: Set up, Serving/support, Clean Up |
| Tuesday, May 8: Fine Arts Reception/Spring Concert Need help with setting up auditorium, concessions, clean up. |
| Tuesday, May 29: Spring Sports Banquet Celebration of spring sports (soccer, girls’ softball, boys’ baseball, track and field). This will be a BBQ type event. Volunteers needed to set up, serve refreshments, and clean up. |
| Friday, June 1 and Saturday, June 2: 8th Grade Play, Aladdin, Junior Friday, June 1 and Saturday, June 2 at 7:00 pmJMPS Staff Person: Rachel Curtis. Volunteer needs: 2 ticket sellers, 2 ticket takers, 2 house managers, and concession help per night; help setting up and cleaning up outdoor reception area. |
| Thursday, June 7: 8th Grade Recognition Banquet JMPS Staff Person: Debbie Caves. Description of Event: Sit down buffet dinner to recognize the achievements of the 8th grade students and celebrate as the move on to high school. Volunteer needs: Set up, Check-in, Serving/Support, Clean Up. |
| Saturday, June 9: Graduation at First Baptist Church of Scottsdale, 7025 E. Osborn Road Need help serving cake & drinks after the ceremony. |
